A policy for the puzzle game
Signal State privacy policy.
You are checking what a game about connecting abstract nodes wants to know about you. Fair question. The puzzle wants nothing. The optional ads come with a separate explanation below.
Last updated September 30, 2026
What the puzzle collects
Signal State does not ask you for a name, email address, contacts, photos, or precise location. There is no account. Breadstick Games does not collect your puzzle answers or progress from the game. The nodes are letters. They have no interest in your contacts.
The optional ads
You can play and finish the game without choosing to watch an ad. To provide optional ads, Signal State includes Unity LevelPlay with the Unity/ironSource ad network. The ad SDK can handle data even if you never choose to watch an ad. According to Unity's Google Play data disclosure, its ad SDK collects and shares approximate location, interactions with ads, and device or other identifiers. It also collects diagnostic information, which its disclosure says is not shared. Unity uses this information for advertising, analytics, and fraud prevention, security, and compliance. Apparently an ad needs to know more than a lettered node does.
Unity/ironSource is the ad provider receiving this data. We have not enabled other ad networks in LevelPlay. Read Unity's game player privacy policy for its data practices, any further sharing, and privacy choices.
Use and sharing by Breadstick Games
We do not use your puzzle progress for analytics, sell your personal information, or share puzzle data with anyone. The data handling for ads is described above. The game does not need a biography to decide whether two nodes connect.
Storage, security, and deletion
Breadstick Games does not keep accounts or a server copy of your puzzle progress. There is no game account to delete. Local game data can be removed through your device's app controls. Unity says the data its ad SDK collects is encrypted in transit and that it provides a way to request deletion. Its retention and deletion practices are described in Unity's privacy policy. If you need help with an ad-data request, email us at hello@breadstickgames.com.
The store is a separate place
If you get Signal State through Google Play, Google handles its own store activity under Google's privacy policy. This policy describes the game, not everything that can happen while obtaining a game.
Questions
Breadstick Games is responsible for this policy. For privacy questions about Signal State, write to hello@breadstickgames.com. We will answer questions about the puzzle and its unusually short list of demands.
Changes
If the game's data practices change, we will update this policy and its date. A policy describing the old game would then describe the old game.
